Well, well. How about that King Of The Dot merger announcement. Didn’t see that coming, did ya? What about the Gemini Vs. Dialect concept battle? Nope. You ain’t seen nothing yet. We’ve got a few tricks up our sleeves. In fact, some kid at the event showed me a trick, that put’s tricks up sleeves. Or was that the edibles? Hmmmm. Either way, the U.K battle scene is cyclical, and guess what? We haven’t hit the upswing yet.
Battle raps king of the north, Soul, take’s on long-time, London legend, Tony D, in a battle the fans have been inappropriately dm’ing us about for time. Just to make thing’s more dramatic, Tony D announced this is his last ever battle. No pressure, Tone.
As soon as Soul spazzes in the first, you know you’re in for a treat. Watch it here, right now.
Arkaic is a beast. A.Ward is a Monster. There’s only one way this battle was ever going. Complete annihilation. Each round just gets wilder and wilder, which is why this was Battle of the event for me. Bang.
Megashark Vs. Giant Octopus You Won’t Make It Out Alive.
Madflex is mad underrated and proves just that in his clash with Chalked Out staff member, Shox The Rebel. Shox is no slouch You’re gonna need to watch this a few times to catch everything from these two, so tell you bummy mate who wants a lift to score a ten bit on tick he’ll have to catch a bus.
Absolute shell down from two of the greatest out there. Cop here
Beating a vet like Chilla Jones is a tall order, that’s why we got the tallest battler we could find – Mr. RE. Not really. We got him cos he’s dope as f*ck and on his day will give anyone a run for their money.
To see who made it to the money first, RE-lease The Hounds.
Homegrown talent, Bobby Rex goes against Ozzy legend, Dunn D, in a battle that has so much chemistry, I feel to bill a zoot in my pencil case like I was 13 again. Schools out and a master class in entertainment is now in session.
Think you’re better than Bobby at impressions? Think again. Click Here to see why.
Legend has it Vega got his name from the Street Fighter character, after revealing he wrote all his bars by attaching pens to his fists and spamming aerial claw slice for days at a time. Not really. This battle is absolute f*cking fire though.

If you ever wondered what a rap battle would be like if your weird uncle, battled his weirder cousin, then have we got a treat for you! Jokes aside (irony) these two guys are hilarious and had the crowd reeling for three rounds.

Newcastle Vs. Leeds. We promise it’s better than it sounds. Not just because Geordie accents remind us of Ant & Dec, OR that Zen does indeed look like Mic Righteous with a top knot. Nope. Zen and Maverick both smash this battle, managing to entertain the whole room for 6 solid rounds. WHY AYE PET!

Our secret battles are better than your favorite league’s main events. Unless we’re your favorite, in which case we can’t comment on whether or not this battle is better than the main event. Coz wer ded profeshanal an lyk to sty inparshall. It’s f*cking good though. But what did you expect? This is Gem and Dialect we’re talking about.
Marvel Vs. D.C, Say Nothing
The lower we go on cards the more I’m used to just taking the p*ss. We’re still not at that point though. What an event! Terminal and Darpa both go in, out AND shake it all about. The don’t go full okey cokey, mind. You NEVER go full okey cokey. Where do you think we hosted this sh*t? Bognor Regis? Nah, fam. That comes on the way down.
A strong battle between these two. Watch Here
Ok, so you know what I said last time? About taking the piss? Well, we’re halfway there. Podge had a good showing. Nice mix of bars, jokes, and performance. While Tofer’s best moment was a non-rhyme rebuttal about potatoes. Oh, and he wouldn’t shut the f*ck up during Podge’s rounds. But Like I said earlier. We stay impartial. Er, yeah.

Even this battle was strong, for a last minute, undercard ting a ling. Like, I’m pissed off. The bottom of the card is usually where I get to ROAST. But nope. Both these guys had decent showings, the crowd loved it, and the vibe was sick. Conman was impressive from the off and Emerge raised the levels each round. Bang
Decent battle this. Check It Out Here
This was meant to be an afterparty battle but got bumped on to the main event because we love putting pressure on ourselves. It was a good opportunity for these two to perform on a bigger stage and they both took advantage. Definitely some tough moments, but some good ones too. And you know what, they weren’t total trash. Which is a plus.

So yeah, another one down. We just keep getting bigger each time, and after this KOTD merger, I don’t see that trend switching anytime soon.
What would have been Volume 4 is going to be our first official collaboration event with KOTD, at Concrete, June 9th. And trust us when we say this will be even more f*cking ridiculous than Volume 3 was. And that was pretty ridiculous for our third event. Hell, for any event. Get your tickets as soon as you can afford them.
Ok, sick. So make sure you cop the PPV, keep an eye out for these June 9th tickets, and we have a new event starting in April which is something I’m REALLY looking forward too. Stay tuned.
